If they are illegal migrants they cannot be claiments. Jeezus ! I am a legal migrant and I cannot claim a bean or get an OAP as I have not paid national insurance . Illegals certainly wont be living it up on the dole . No one lives it up on the dole anyway . Watch I Danial Blake to shatter that illusion . Compassion is not in your repetoir is it . Hippies are ment to love one and other and everyone is equal . You are such a square! I think you must be undercover copper on special opps . If you cannot get an OAP you should still be able to claim income support or what ever is the equivilent under universal credit. My expreince is that a lot of benefits office staff just say no out of lazy ness. Get on to citizens advice and get that checked out please. As soon as a migrant says the magic word "asylum" even if its a load of rubbish and everybody knows it they become protected. They have to be housed, given money, food etc by law and they get a legal aid lawyer who spins their case out for years. By which time they have either married or had more children each of which has a seperate claim to remain running in parallel. I have been reliably informed I am not entitled to OAP , sickness benefit or income support after I got married . |

just to broaden the thread the boat banksy bought has broke down they radioed Italy and Malta for help but at first did not get a reply a boat did turn up an took about 45 people plus 1 dead later heard on news the rest were taken they said about 400 are floating about in the area on different boats

Basically because they don't have to and they don't want to. Both are saying to the rescue boats they came from Lybia take them back there. The rescue boats don't want to because they have a political agenda of their own. So its a stand off What ever the rights and wrongs (and there are many) a person cannot expect to gain entry into another country by simply getting in an inflatable and trying to storm it. |
