If your only alternative from watching your home and village and country bombed into rubble and burying your family members every week youd be off like a shot to anywhere you think you have a chance.My grandparents were refugees from Mussolinis fascist regime in Italy.If you think refugees have a choice or would prefer to be refugees than be bombed out of existence or rounded up and imprisoned then youre thicker than i credited you for. I have nothing against real refugees but most of them are economic migrants and the vast majority of them are fit young men.
a real refugee under the EU rules is supposed to stop in the first safe country,and apply for asylum there, but they dont do they? no they are all heading to Britain because of our lax immigration rules.

Ha ha rules rules rules . This HIPPY place, only rule is be happy . don't worry , don't hurry and dont forget to smell /smoke the flowers on the way! In the days of the free festivals every one was welcome thats why we had them !
Fit young men coming here ? Oh my god ! its WW2 again ! they will be giving chewing gum to the ladies and dancing with them .

Too much anger clouds the topic, fck it, I was going to be rude but that 16yr old kid is a wasted life and worthy of thought.
As for smelling the flowers I now have an urge for licqorice stick and don't know where it's come from unless it's linked to nylon stockings.

FYI I left home in 1968 and I can take care of myself just fine. |
