May be a cliché but age IS just a number. Its not your physical age that matters its your mental attitude to your age that matters and its only that attitude that lets you have fun or holds some back. Youre still the same person inside.There are no limits. Well I know that, but try telling most of the men who overlook me because of my age. If only everyone saw it that way. Sadly they don't |

Do you know that for certain,has anyone told you that? Maybe you swim in the wrong ocean with the wrong fish. Maybe you overlook some men because of their age.
I have a friend who is 55 uses Tinder,she has no one at all of her own age contact her fir dates but she has plenty of older men 65+ and plenty more younger 30 somethings,even some 20 somethings want to date her but she wont go out with any of them "because of their age".
The guy who chivalrously looked out for you might have thought of you because of his mom but someone in his group may well have seen you in a different more desirable light.
Most people aoply too many narriw conditions on who theyll date and consequently disappointed how few people show any interest.
Keep looking,not everyone judges a book by its cover.

One thing ive noticed,its nearly always old people who are negative and miserable about age and most other things too,if they get the chance to express it.

Personally, I think you are what you are and whatever that is, you are the same (or worse) in your old age. Once a moaner always a moaner. Could you imagine itinerantchild suddenly becoming a mean, rude, arrogant person just because he's old? |

I'm 65 and I'm having the time of my life, things have never been better. I get free money from the Govt every month, free money from my former employer every month. My boys are both grown up. I can do what I like, go where I like. Perfect!

Joking of cours. I will always have the same charecter as the things that are important to me have created who I am and I shall always aim to be what I want to see in others :-)
However,I will certainly become more cynical as I get older,though shall try and keep it to a minimum. My positive side is too deeply ingrained to ever change as it is how I know how to survive and am przetty shit hot at it :-)
You know you are getting old when you look back to times when you had a 76 hp live in vehicle and loved it, oops I forgot , that is now ;-)
