It was a state of the art monument to communism now derelect, Bulgaria or in that region and has a huge red star set into that vertical fin. Built by the Bulgarian Communist regime in 1981, the £5.3m Buzludzha Monument became the HQ for the party. After the fall of the Iron Curtain in 1989, the building fell into a state of disrepair and the government has neither the funds to renovate nor destroy the structure

After the fall of the Iron Curtain in 1989, the building fell into a state of disrepair and the government has neither the funds to renovate nor destroy the structure Saw it sometime ago, think it was either Michael Palin or Johanna Lumley on one of their walkabouts and it had the 'wow' factor.
I do detest extreme left or right but like Art Deco which was bulldozed when it fell out of fashion that building had such a special place in art history it's such a shame that in cannot be restored. Those murals should have been removed to a safer place and saved.
As for destroying it, demolishing the things that made us who we are despite how good or bad they were does not change history but makes us stronger if we learn from them.

As they're not octaganol cells, it's not bees soooooooo it's plants cells. You really should be offering a prize for the winner as Mabungo has given you a bottle of cider.
