Waking up in the bus, always a pleasure but this weekend I'm at a steam fair so double bubble as far as I'm concerned 😄

Had a brief storm the other day so I went into the garage to listen to the rain hit the corrugated iron roof.

Just had a wander outside,looking for a cool spot..think they ve all feked off to somewhere cooler...on a brighter note,i did find the sack of small chopped logs we forgot to take camping.so we re ready for when its freezing again next week😊

Delighted yesterday when I filled up with diesel. In the UK I have not been doing many long runs and with fuel costs what they were it was costing me between 30 and 35 quid to do a hundred miles. Here in France yesterday after a lot of long straight road driving and the equivalent of one pound forty eight per litre of diesel it cost me about 65 quid when I topped up at after just over three hundred miles. Delighted 😁👍❤️

Sitting in the warm evening sunshine enjoying a beer and listening to the church bells in the distant village (campanology practice night), much welcome after the trauma of vehicle breakdown and shopping trip earlier today.
