BBC news feed reports Singapore has 247 second wave infections imported from outside Singapore. Biggest number is 65 from UK 24 from US 24 China 25 Philippines. UK being the top exporter of the virus to Singapore is not good news. Strange in an ironic sort of way, exporting sick foreigners but the damage is already done here from them and from tourists. The border needs shutting now and N. Ireland needs a firm border to stop peeps entering the mainland from the south and foreign nationals who are just tourists here need to be ordered out.
If it's going to be a 2yr stint then I'm thinking of growing some of my own stuff.

People nick everything, thats no reason not to try.People nick cars but you have a car dont you. If there is public unrest or thievery and it comes my way Ive already prepared a welcome a long time ago and it won't involve the kids.
The police around my area don't exist nowadays and will be even less when this takes off in the next week or so, so it's a case of protecting oneself and ones property.

If i had some land id be growing as much of my own as i could I've been thinking of some sort of hydrophonic system but I need a decent substrate and fertiliser which means going out (no old foam mattress either). I've got a couple of lengths of gutter that I was thinking of using as it would be out of Jnrs reach and his piss range but I don't have a suitable southfacing wall that's 'secure'.

A farm by a friend has had sheep nicked out the field at weekend. The scumbags will be out in force if theres a lockdown and cant get what they want. If people dont wake up and tow the line they might wake up to something they dont like.

BBC world news just had finance experts on, said global recession is definite - not if but when and very soon. Then the greedy bastards at the top are going to be shitting themselves! When everyone else runs out of everything, including the means to buy supplies they're gonna have to give back some of the obscene amount of resources they've stolen from ordinary people over the years otherwise trouble will ensue....

Theres nowhere safe for investments right now as shares gold oil currency etc have all tanked and keep going down. The only place theyll get any return will be Government issue bonds -lending money to various governments for fixed period terms. Theyre going to feel some pain for a change. without a doubt recession like we have never seen in our lifetime so many people out of work now as well .. looks to me we are going the same way as Italy ..740 deaths on Saturday .. people not taking it seriously here in Cornwall yet. it's pretty gloomy ..... but hey what a lovely day today sun all day People are starting to realise more in Cornwall now after the weekend. I have the Cornwall Live app on my phone and I don't think it will be long before the locals put a sign up on the Tamar Bridge saying F-O but who can blame them? With working from home and the kids off school Cornwall has had a massive influx. Mind you the Cornish don't like being told what to do. My friend Pete says they closed his local pub so they all now go round the back door and knock to be let in. Talk about dying for a drink!

Just went to take the dogs down the forest only to find that it's been closed and barriered off by the commission. Knew a back way in so the kids still had their walk in complete silence. No screaming little turds or big-mouthed mums or yapping out of control dogs. Thought that I saw a deer deep down in which is rare normally thanks to the retards who only see it as a playground instead of a learning centre. Got clocked by a forestry guy who just grinned as he drove past in his truck and had one of the quietest walks since Christmas and only saw one woman in there, nobody else.
Home for a brew. Magic.
