Got to see mum and dad 😀 we talked through the window, left her a Mother’s Day card and a selection of meat from the farm shop, thought that might be a bit more practical than flowers this year. They looked okay, frail, but okay👍 Glad you got to see them, Pete, and yep, I think food much more practical than flowers at the mo! They are lucky they have a son like you to take good care of them

They looked okay, frail, but okay👍 I dont know how old they are but if you are older than you like to think you are and they had you when they were not older, they would have been through a war. That means they are tougher than they look and well used to newspaper squares in the loo and dried egg powder.A tough lot.

Just thinking, the whole world is slowly shutting down. Businesses are closing for the duration, shops, cafes, pubs are shut, churches are shut and so on and I'm avoiding peeps more than ever.
Just seems so surreal that the box was loaded to go and then shit has happened in the way that it has and will be with us for the next 12mths at least.

TWO YEARS?? That's the worst estimated time scale I have heard so far. yes gal and this is why a site like this is more important we can pass information on that can help each other, but more important we can offer support admittedly over the internet people are going to be isolated they may not have a garden how ever small just to go an stand in they will not see anybody so maybe a come on this will end you can get through it will help plus you can read other things that are on the news i hope its ok for me to post this its just what i am thinking

TWO YEARS?? That's the worst estimated time scale I have heard so far. Unless an effective vaccine is made, thats the projection. In any case it will push the global economy into recession or depression for a couple of years.

I could see how this would cause a global recession.
