No appointment mentioned as such.I got a folder full of stuff.plan said,a full ct.heart rehabilitation meetings,and another angiogram.sort of feeling a bit abandoned.had to look up on line if various pains etc are normal.luckily they are.didn't even say what to,and not,to do,activities wise Ah Grace it's not very reassuring, is it, it's big news and presumably keeping stress down helps so you'd think they'd be more forthcoming with some information and a bit of guidance. I know with all my son's various ailments over the years I've found the charities that support various conditions helpful, they just seem to be a bit more clued up and better organised and I found that helped, often found I'd ring a helpline and the person you're speaking to has actual experience of your situation which I've always found reassuring. Don't know if anything like that might help a bit, it's not nice having to figure it all out on your own! x |

I've joined a scad group,earmarked their charity pages,which have helplines.they didn't even say how to get more meds!I'll just visit the doc and sort it out at the reception

Ah yes, with perfect timing my back has decided to cripple me. I can hardly walk when it's like this which makes taking a 100 lb dog out challenging as if he sees something and lunges towards it, I'm going down.
Now he rarely does stuff like this but rarely does not mean never, and sod's law says the chances of meeting an aggressive dog en route rises massively.
This is not bad enough though, we also have snow and ice making it treacherous underfoot. Happy winter, y'all ...

I have quite bad arthritis in my spine though, and even when my back isn't hurting, I don't have the flexibility for skiing. It's no good for my unicycle either, but I can't bring myself to give that one up, even though I hardly ever use it these days. |
