Malc says hes going to chain my leg to the sofa,he knows what I'm like..but I promised him I'll be good..plenty of time to work on that one maggie,I'll give it some thought😁

I think it's related to the heart thing.they gave me a spray for under my tongue,nitrate?It went almost immediately,the spray is for emergencies.but one of the tabs I'm on is obviously keeping it at bay..so,the tear,dosnt match the ecg readout,which is all over the place.plus thickening of the heart walls.getting an appointment for a specialist in leicester..the fact mum was born with heart defect maybe looking at a hereditary condition..or 2 different conditions!so I asks,what can/can't i do?no digging,no carrying feed sacks or bales.no walking the dog's on leads because of their size,luckily we're totally contained and he's good so walks are ok.no wrestling goats.no rowing machine,no punch bag .no driving for a week..I said is aggressive crochet ok,as long as I don't sharpen the ends to points for anyone else that tells me I can't do anything😖 GTN spray. Did they say anything sbout an aneurism ? If so then youre best sticking with combat crochet at least till they have a full picture of whats going on. |

No but he did mention a genetic condition that can cause random aneurisms..not confirmed,only suggested..felt like shite in the night.went to the nurse station about 11, a bit weepy,scared,as I had the heavy ache in my arms.told a nurse.she mumbled something,so went back to bed.no one turned up.so had a little spray,and it eased,but not slept well.don't think that nurse likes me for some reason.she just come in to do morning obs,to the other ladies,elderly ,it was morning dear,how are you,any pain,did you sleep.me,confirm name,any pain.I said yes my arms last night,don't think it was noted.I know I should be more outspoken and assertive,but sometimes you just aint got it x

I kind of like the idea of Combat Crochet. Love Combat Crochet  Lol definitely need to get that set up, saw something on TV once about an embroidery group that only do swear words? So this beautiful piece of work that spells out MotherF**ker or something lol. |

Hopefully she'll be off shift soon and someone nicer will be about and can check to see what's been noted down. Big hug Grace, do you need anything sending in? Aw!thank you so much for your kindness.I'm Fine for stuff.tears again🙄.a Jamaican nurse was just talking quietly to the lady opposite about the other foreign nurses,indian I think,not sure which bit.but she said there's a big recruitment push their end and ours for them.but their ways and mannerisms are very different to ours.I sensed she wasn't too tolerant of them when they were doing shift change earlier

Just had a visitor.this old guy hobbled in.I though who's this.I'm nearest the door so aimed for me..mike,79. Heart attack friend.told me his story,said to do exactly what the doc says..had a nice chat and off he goes.what a lovely idea..more bloody tears😊

So I'm home😁 yesterday's discharge was horrendous,stress wise.I've included some screen shots of messages I was sending the circus group chat.can't be arsed typing it all out again at the moment..any questions please ask.tired,and meds kicking in I think,quite fuzzy headed,which is why I've never continued them before.this time I will be embracing the fuzz😅   |

Took a slow wander round to the kennels to see my boy..thought he d forgot me.barking like mad,went in,he was so excited,he just didn't know what to do with himself.💗lots of kisses,and i came home with a very muddy,fury coat😂

No appointment mentioned as such.I got a folder full of stuff.plan said,a full ct.heart rehabilitation meetings,and another angiogram.sort of feeling a bit abandoned.had to look up on line if various pains etc are normal.luckily they are.didn't even say what to,and not,to do,activities wise
