Picked up a nasty on the computer when I was away at Andrea's and have spent all of this morning getting it fixed which was not much fun as all of the apps on my laptop were completely blocking for quite a while every time then a brief break would happen and it would do it again. Bit of a pain, but I got there? Refired my entire security and removed a few programs that I thought may have passed it on. Been van searching this afternoon and may have found one (another red convoy !!!!) that may do for a while. xxx

We went to buy a seat to use for materials to repair my white transit's driver's seat. It's a mint single minibus seat so the seat pad and cover will swap over. I have sewn up the original twice and it's getting out of shape!

Come on van drivers, who are the posh ones amonst us without damaged seats ? Am afraid I can not put my hand up as well ripped drivers seats and two head rests that are wrapped up with a sown up colourful rug to hide where cocckney my old white german sheppard had eaten all of them. They are held together with wire and string underneath lashings of tape with the cover to hide them :-o

I guess I am just fussy then. I did a bit of trimming in the past and the seat cost the same as some seat covers.

My pilots seat is very tidy, but still covered the squab with a tartan car blanket just to try & keep it tidy as its a genuine ISRI seat....

Today I am sowing winter veg for polytunnle , a lot of oriental greens like pak choi , wong bok ,mustards , and also spinach ,radish and anything else I find. Also having a cheeky sup on some beer to celebrate my extraction as was not allowed any yesterday or the day before ,even though I felt like I wanted one/several to calm over excited nerves . Also going to dig up potatoes with out making any spudding...doh !

Had to go and register with a gp today so that I can qualify for a covid passport to get out of the uk. What a pain it was. Turns out the last time I visited a doctor in the uk was early ninetites in somerset. I had to track down the surgery and find the doctors name so that I could fill in the form. receptionist told me to just nip down to somerset to sort it out. I nearly told her to go somewhere too, but laid on the charm for a good ten minutes before she succumbed to my flirtacious expertise and gave me a form to fill out. All they need is love love love, love is all they need :-) xxx

Hello afternoon all! How are you? This morning, I've just had a shower and hair wash and it's pretty decent weather today. Tomorrow, will be raining the whole day. It's the last day of sunshine till tomorrow. The afternoon, just playing some games on my phone before hitting the bed tonight.

Today Dad phoned last night worried about his garage. Went and gave him a hand to repair it today. While there hospital phoned they want him in tommorrow to see what they can do if anything. He may be staying in, an emotional time for all 🙁 Managed to get 5 minutes alone with him before we came home, he was scared and frightened for mum. I said things to him that should have been said years ago, I apologised for the way I had acted as a young man, the trouble with police, the arguments, the shame I bought to their door, he just shrugged and said, “ you been a bloody good son” I said, “ that’s cos I had a bloody good dad “ I promised he would be looked after, mum also, told him I loved him, he held my hand in both of his with tears in our eyes. A very touching moment So glad I said those things to him.
