What will be will be. Sorry but it's all are nothing. If the arrogance of man comes true, and discontinuing the use of fossil fuel can change the weather, then the WHOLE WORLD has to change it's ways at THE SAME TIME. That's not going to happen.

Climate Change is definitely happening but I have doubts about the extent to which it is man made compared to just the natural cycle of weather. Its very hard to get straight answers
Since those climate change scientists from East Anglia were disgraced a few years ago when they were caught falsifying the numbers the credibility for their whole argument has dropped. Those scientists were making huge amounts of money doing lecture tours around the world. Flying first class and staying in 5 star hotels. Noble cause or gravy train?
I would like to know where I can get some impartial information because there is so much vested interest. Green campaigners that we all know are as mad as a box of frogs or conmen who want to solve all the problems of the world by imposing green taxes that end up in their own pockets!
Everybody seems to have a financial axe to grind

Confusing isn’t it, man ain’t helping but if you look back there was an ice age, lots of places covered in thick ice, and it all melted, no combustion engines about then, we weren’t burning fossil fuels, probably a lot of volcanoes going off, but the ice melted, and it still is, Perhaps if we stopped cutting down forests, stopped raping the planet, controlled the population explosion and did a load of other shit, things could get better .?

If you dismiss all eco orgs as mad as a box of frogs and everyone else has a financial axe to grind then quiet honestly youre not going to find impartial information that youll accept as believable.
Various environment and space agencies have all been telling governments that the future isnt a pretty sight but the majority have chosen to ignore it all because it doesnt fit their bankrupt ideology or economics. The US and UK being prime ignorers.
Fortunately there are nations like China and Japan Russia France Germany Canada that take a more sensible attitude and changing the environmentally damaging ways they do business.
Whoever or whatever is causing climate warming and increases of CO2 and Methane in the atmosphere we are substantially contributing to atmospheric and environmental pollution which is unsustainable and making things worse.
We can all collectively bury our heads in the sand and pretend its not happening or we can do something to mitigate the damage now.
Ocean nations are already in trouble with rising sea levels. We're seeing worsening extreme weather patterns and coastal damage to the US.This year is likely to see another big El Nino event (sea warming) which will lead to more severe weather again. Do we have to see the ocean inundating Wall Street or the City of London before anyone does anything or just ignore the statistics because the box of frogs brigade cant be believed?
I have my doubts anyone will take any notice.
We currently have THE biggest electoral fraud scam in this countries history and the Metropolitan Police wont investigate because its "too politically sensitive" and not a single media outlet will run the story so you may as well forget looking for climate change info...buy a boat.

The air was so warm today and leaves falling felt weird.Theres a lot of stuff about "in living memory "or"since records began"that could only be 200 years ago though, just a little blip in earth time. Its the deep ice cores that seem to be more reliable. The pollution is undeniableCockle recalled due to pesticides in cornwall,PCBS in all sea life and equally large pollutants in the sky.It ios obvious and logical that we are more densely populated than ever before in human history and armed with a deadly arsenal of planet destroying chemicals. We have destroyed the fragile balance,we interfered with no care nor respect. The ice is melting sea levels are rising.I see here in the mountains and valleys the population and buildings spreading.Of course we are having a vast effect. No we cannot or will not get our act together in time,we havent so far have we.Marine life full of plastic.Great islands of it floating in the sea.All this has taken many years to form,we wont have time to rectify anything meaningful.

We have really fucked it up for our kids, the worst bit is that most people don't seem to care. People make noises about being concerned, but carry on consuming resources as usual, when we should be working hard to mitigate the damage we have done so that our kids have a chance.
And it's not just the climate - we've taken the easy option on everything - from factory farming to disposable furniture.
I think it's too late to stop the damage completely, but we can reduce it, and on a smaller scale we can try to (literally) sow the seeds for a better future.

The problem with the whole damn system is its run by rich old predominantly white men who dont give a fuck so long as they're getting richer. White folks in the US wont believe climate change is happening until all their condo's and east coast cities are wiped off the map by hurricanes every year and their coast inundated by sea permanently..which theyll blame on Obama no doubt. Almost everyone is aware of what damage we are doing to the planet but no one actually wants to change their consuming habits because that isnt much fun;corporates wont change because it costs them money.
Humans will be culled naturally by their own stupidity. The Earth will adapt and carry on without us. Good riddance humans.

The Earth will adapt and carry on without us. Of course it will, and whatever we do short of blowing it into little pieces won't change the fact that Earth will do just fine after we are extinct. But, and it's a big but, my selfish genes tell me that I must do something to help my offspring survive.

A lot of us do things to consciously make a difference but unless we ALL do then not much will change. Ive got two kids 7 and 9 yrs old and Im concerned about them and their generation but thus far the folks in charge (predominantly old people whove had their fun already) dont give a fuck.
I hope the younger generation are paying attention and elect these hasbeen fossils out of office and get themselves into positions it matters because unless they do we're set on a course for devastating human conflict and extinction.

This is the water level on the river Teifi in West Wales, over a 1 month period. The green line is the "normal" level.

Scary graphs - the level went from just above the lowest recorded levels to way past the highest recorded levels in just over a day. The real-world effects are becoming increasingly visible. Here's a pic of LLandysul, where I work:

Here's a pic of LLandysul, where I work: Id guess the arches of Cardigan bridge werent visible at that height of water. Ive seen the floods pouring down Cenarth main road once. Thats bad in Llandysul. Just looked at the photos on Tivyside, looks about as bad as when i saw it years ago.Llechryd bridge submerged.
