Not a fan of old sausage fingers my self , but bread and water wiv rats running over my face , shitty straw to sleep on and cock roaches living in my nostrils ,ears and other bits they seem to manage to squeeze up , then cannot reverse back out off seems a high price to pay for whats common knowledge and the inability to keep a stiff upper lip is often a sign of limpness in other areas . I have been doing a lot of painting indoors today , and have ha to stop as the hallucinations were making it hard to do 'cutting in' I imagine its a bit like sniffing glue ? So I have stopped for some beer as I think it might work homopathickly with the paint fumes and create a state of zen where I can finish the skirting board before i pass out again . I blame the under coat I have been using , its over 50 years old , but i got it for nowt and once the old food mixer had wizzed it up its very usable ,cross between filler n tar , but dries remarkably quickly ... fumes !!! I fucking hate decorating , but all areas been decontaminated glossed over have not had anything done for 13 years as I fucking hate decorating . |

You can done for drunk in charge if its a public place or highway doesnt matter where you are in it. With autonomous vehicles you still have to be able to take control if necessary. I had to laugh at this comment "Mark Harper also said he expected to see the owners of those vehicles being able to travel without having to watch where they're going by the end of that year." Since when did majority of drivers watch where theyre going, its why there are thousands of road accidents every year. Autonomous vehicles wont stop accidents. Personally I think if you lazy bastard and dont want to drive the damn car youself and expect to sit in a dedicated lane ...get on a train. You don't even need to be in your car/van and it doesn't have to be on the public highway. In charge means what it says. There was a famous case of a bloke fitting new speakers to his car on the drive of his house after a session at the pub. Police were called because of the noise and they nicked him for drunk in charge. The case went to court and he was found guilty. He appealed and lost. |
