Local squatters probably in it already. Most squatty dudes know private res are a slap on the head , but get it up on air b n b for win as you can tag on loads of extras . I did eggs for sale close by when I put nextdoor on Air BnB when they went t Maldives for 3 weeks . put in cleaning clauses too . I didn't care as it was next door, but still wacked on heavy duty cleaning bills. Good tip is don't allow them their own linen , then charge fortune for stains .Also fuck the locks up even if thet gave you key to feedcat as it will help you get extra cred when you tell next door when they get back how you chucked the 'squatters ' out after a few days . This could get you extra free bottle of dutyfree

And another example of one rule for them one for us. W⚓s www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-63596886Police take no action FFS. And journalists are threatened with years in prison for reporting on events. No justice in this tinpot kingdom.

I honestly thought something like this would happen when furlough was announced. Not so much furlough but the billions vanished away with like 37 billion on the test n trace bullshit,11 billion lost to fraudulent furlough claims and all the other billions vanished away to dubious people connected to government ministers. 'Weve stolen two years of your lives and now we're going to steal all your jobs income and savings services and healthcare.' We've been robbed blind now we have to compensate the robbers too.

Yes, true and I forgot about test and trace, not to mention the PPE fiasco.

It does,
"It means anyone buying a new car - electric or otherwise - priced at more than £40,000 will face having to pay £165 in tax plus a £355 expensive car supplement every year from the second to sixth year of registration."
In any case why should electric vehicles be exempt from road tax. Theyre still using roads and damaging them. The more logical approach though would be a levy on electric charge like fuel duty and scrap road tax altogether. Government doesnt do logic though
Only things should be exempt are e bikes and e scooters to get people out of their mobile lounges altogether.

Such a relief the government BBC propaganda unit is helping us through their imposed fake and manufactured austerity measures. Get into the gutter where you belong, its in our (rich establishment ) interest www.bbc.co.uk/news/av/business-63677931

On road tax i would like to have a rant
road tax should just be the same for everyone its a complete mess
why are massive tractors and agricultural machinery exempt there worth about 150 grand or more yet they damage and wreck the roads and road edges and use the road a lot during the summer months. I know its tough for famers at the moment i know a lot are struggling but you cant deny the fact they use the roads give them a rightpounding cake them in crud and i think it woud be right if they paid a bit to use them .
like a dumper or a forkilft used mainly on a construction site are i think nearly 300 quid each but if there agricultural there zero and you hardly use them on the road just like to get from job to job like plant i hire in isnt taxed ie your not allowed to use it on the road its ridiculess becuase plant hire firms cant offord the road tax and struggle with white diesel now
smae goes with vans my peugeot van is small econimcal and emissions are low yet i pay full comercial tax rate, why then i have a friend exactly same model but its a car and for some reason its lower rate of either 30 quid or zero
the whole things madness
then theres massive hybrids like i know someone has zero rated yet its terrible if its used on petrol on mpg and low range on electric but its a massive battleship of a volvo car but somehow greener and zero rated compared to my low road use and high mpg low immsions van ,
there rant over
road tax needs a overhaul
and while im on speed limit why does a van have to stick to 50 60 70 on roads but a similar car can do 60 70 70 or even a mini bus or people carrier this puts van delivery drivers in a points on licence risk place when modern vans are safe stopping distnces are good.
should go on weight of vehicle not some 1960s drum brakes tin can ethos of yester year

beltfedwombat it's the lazy government just going on what's on the DVLA records, in the same way as TFL does with the LEZ. Sometimes it backfires. I knew plenty of people that kept their deisels in the LEZ by registering them as petrol. No questions were asked.
