I think some aspects of FB are useful, I use the local items for sale groups to sell stuff, It's good for bulky stuff that would be hassle to post.

I read earlier that Simone Cowel hasn't used his phone (including social media) for ten months. Now on the radio people are saying about being 'clean' from faceache! Like it's some kind of drug. I suppose to some it is as bad as crack.

Then again farcebook is best avoided.Certainly wouldnt join it if i was new to social media and most youngsters are deserting it for better sites.Facebook will be the new MySpace, remember that? Murdoch bought it and it sank almost without a trace. The one big difference between FB and Myspace is FB is much better designed. FB can be a way of staying in touch with people especially if they move away.

You could have friends on Myspace and message them.I actually liked MySpace until they completely redesigned it and cut most of the profile sections out of it then I abandoned it. Keeping in touch is main reason i use Fb.
