Mainly why i wont eat out...people moan at everything though, what do they expect when they eat in restaurants, the place is going to acquire ingredients at rock bottom to make money.Where ever its bought from its still camembert. Wish all id got to worry about was how much my restaurant meal had cost..cupid stunts.

True. They probably ran out of Camenbert too, if not it's a great ad for Asda!

I dont get it? Dumb cow was happy to pay £13 for cheese when she ordered and ate it.
Only when she found out it was from asda for a lot less did it become an issue - what does she think restaurants do, serve it to them at cost? If it was that much of a problem go to fucking asdas and stop whining.
Then took to trip advisor to leave a review thus confirming to the world her own stupidity..

Noticeably and typical of customers she took to complaining on a website about it instead of taking it up with the restuarant at the time.
If im not happy about stuff i make it plain there and then not bitch about it afterwards on some 3rd party site. Im sure if she'd spoken to the manager theyd have waived the charge or offered her a free return meal.
Dont think it harms ASDA she said it was very good camembert, its not their fault she was served it.
People love to bitch about stuff....im just surprised being in the daily mail, its not Corbyns fault.

Yes sorry about the Daily Fail link. There were other reports but my nanny phone wouldn't let me view them! NC I'm with you. If you don't like it, have it out with the management there and then.

Why should she get a freebie? She got what she asked for, there was nothing wrong with it as she ate it.
Where it came from, and what it cost is irrelevant. She probably also paid £25 for a £4 bottle of wine as well. If you are going to eat out then accept you are going to be ripped off and stop moaning.
As for asda, yes they come out of it well!

She shouldnt by rights get a freebie but in the interests of good customer relations they could have waived the charge for poor presentation.More than likely if theyd knocked off the cost from her bill she wouldn't have slated them...but they have to be told about it there and then to act on it. But yes if you go for a restuarant meal expect to be fleeced.Non of the food is worth what you pay for it and they all source their raw ingredients and drinks from the cheapest suppliers.I worked in a well known 5 star hotel restuarant and they sourced all their stuff from a catering suppliers in bulk, the same stuff that went to bottom end hotels and restaurants. Thats why i wont go to restuarants unless someone is taking me out for a meal and paying. Just another non story though, like the chef who claimed to have served a vegan a non vegan meal.

Poor presentation? Thats everywhere these days! Last time i had a burger and chips it came on a small wooden tray and the chips were in a small metal bucket. The brown sauce was in a egg cup that would have been too small for a quail egg. Then they look at you gone out when you tell them to take it back and put it on a plate.
Now thats piss poor presentation, give me a fucking plate to start with! And a bottle of sauce. How are you supposed to sauce and salt your chips in a bucket, how do you split your burger when theres no room on the bit of wood. Twunts!

That's a bit hip Compo. Where are you going to get food served in such a rustic style?

The pointy shoes twunts have invaded the catering industry long ago, hence you get all that kind of nonsense presentation and cheap garbage food...rather buy my own ingredients and cook my own food I can do a far better job of it and cost me a fraction of what they charge in restaurants.
Seriously pisses me off if i get taken out for a meal and it might cost 30 quid or more and the meal comes with plastic sachets of sauces and sugars and plastic tubs of butter and cream and coffee comes out of a machine...theyve paid bugger all for any of it as its in bulk catering packs.
