We drove past Stonehenge a couple of days before the solstice. Miles of road cones keeping people off the verges and a few police looking bored. Very orderly now compared to years gone by.
I wouldn't want to go anyway, I have an aversion to crowds. Glastonbury would be my idea of hell too.

Something thats always puzzled me about Stonehenge. Well actually lots of things puzzle all of us about Stonehenge. Why on earth did they build it so close to such a busy road? They had all that space
