so 3 schools north west have just returned from ski trips in italy and been told to go home and stay home to "self isolate"for 2 weeks.Thats teens self isolating at home with family.siblings at school,etc.Game over here then.Stocking up today.

Italian news reports 357 cases so far of which 4 minors between 4 yrs and 15.
One of serious condition cases is 38 yr old man of Cordogna who is normally fit runner.
11 deaths to date.

A gas engineer called LBC to say he went to service a boiler, only to find out the householder (in the course of conversation) told him she had just returned from Hong Kong and was self isolating!

During my shopping stock up today,the cashier wiped her nose with her hand and coughed over everyone.She and the que including a school caretaker had only vaguely heard of it.None were at all bothered and all thought I was crazy when I warned them.
