Hello all, I'm back again as per the title.
I had a series of body blows in which I kept getting up and being knocked back down again, nothing unusual, we've all had this experience. After the last, very painful episode though, I realised that I needed a complete break from social media while I sorted out stuff in my mind. That's why I deleted all my accounts without warning.
I've been joking on with folks that I've been on a spiritual retreat; joking aside it ain't too far from the truth.
I'm very tired now, but also much happier. I've been able to see patterns in my life which no longer serve me, and get rid of them, hopefully for good.
I'm glad to be "home" again, but I may still disappear again. Nothing to worry about, I'll likely be catching up on my sleep.
