It's double that now!just going round to check goats and dogs.will try and get some pics.just doing what I've got to gen,it's a bit scary tho.if the water gets higher we 've a dog crate we can bring our hens inside

Don't know how they can live with themselves ... it is so wrong. But you've only got to look at what is going on in Gaza to see that we're in a battle for good over bad ... and it's playing out in all our local environments. Keep the faith ... do what you're doing - cos you're on the good side ... Loads of love and distance support ... every smallest thing you do - counts ... bless you x |

Today I went to a physio to see if anything can be done about the numb skin over my hip. I have a trapped nerve, but it's only a minor one, it only carries the feeling from the skin, nothing else. No idea how I got it though. Glad they worked out what it was quickly Vannie, have never heard of that myself! Will it just untrap itself or are they going to fiddle with you? Hope you are well other than that x |

I just got up. The pain got worse and in the early hours I threw up a lot. Went to A and E, they can't find anything.

Everyone I know is struggling with physical, emotional, spiritual, existential pain and confusion - and also enjoying moments of calm and joy and respite, when we're granted it ... it's all part of the learning ..... praps .... Hope you get some relief today, from what you're going through ... it's a blessing when you get a window - makes a body appreciate how healed one can be - wishing for you to get some of that and might make it last a while x Really feel for you ... every day I get through a night of chest pain and the shakes - I try to think ... but not too much ... and just keep going ... and pray for myself and everyone, every living and dying thing else. Loads of Love ...... |

Hope things are improving vw💜..today here the waters receding.still a lot of muddy sludge.chickens are still in there temp home,been out and cleared the yard of rubbish,and all the set straw out of their main residence,will move them back on monday.how the neck do gas bottles and plant pots,with plants in float!? Visiting family now I know I can get further than the next village.hope everyone got away with it lightly?

Had to go docs for a bp check thurs.got there docs closed for training!managed to find a way in,and someone found a doc obviously not training, saw and spoke to me at length,no appointment.think it's the main doc.New here so don't know who's who yet.but very very lovely man.the one I had for an appointment a couple of weeks back,was very dismissive.but the one I saw Thurs was great,listened,and set the ball rolling..something's not right,I ache constantly,and just feel shite most of the time.anyway the nice one rang this morn,to see how I'm feeling,have I had extra bloods done and has anyone been in touch about 24 hr bp test!!!wow!there are gooduns s still out there...here's to feeling me again soon 💜
