I be layin low now , but not canvey. stay steady dude ... it's hard work - and we're all pretty wobbly - but it's the world we're living in that is mad ... not you. Deep breaths, hang on in there. It's tough times ... communicating even with the ones we love and are the closest to ... everybody is struggling to make any sense. I am not religious, but I pray to God, the Source, for strength and sure do believe (telling myself that, all day and all night like a mantra) it will all be o.k., in fact it IT IS ALL O.K. Ah well.New place,new challenges.goats and chickens flooded.so off to top up the woodchip,to give them some higher ground.washings in.blooming chilly this morning,missing the wood burner.radiators just don't give the same heat..rugby today,and tomorrow!so getting stuff done in prep...😁

I've had a pain in my right hip all weekend, but what bothered me most is that the skin over the hip has gone numb. Also, yesterday morning I threw up. Twice, so was having trouble keeping pain killers down.
Had an emergency GP appointment at 4pm yesterday, and I am going to see a physio on Thursday.
Weird. I haven't fallen over or nocked said hip, so have no idea what's going on.

Thats not good VW , Does it feel like you are being stung by a wasp in the area ? Thats what I have been getting in my right hip and groin.Mine is anxiety related I am told .Was GP helpfull ?

I hope it stops ASAP Vannie, medical stuff is something that was pretty alien to me before i was 50, butt now I am getting compound intrest on my health account . Bloody pissing it down here all day , but great oppertunity to wash algea of the poly tunnle roof if I can break free from the enourmous human magnet AKA the wood burner I have attached a 6 ft bit of pipe to Ma's floor mop thing ,so hopefully can reach the parts normal mops cant . I am a bit hydrophobic my self , so after getting super wet n cold outside I shall get my 'winter' bath out of the way as I will be wet already . Only trouble is it my trigger me into feeling chrismasy ? First world problem I know. A Chrismasy Sadhu ? WTAF?  |

If you are triggered into feeling christmassy, make sure you have a good supply of shortbread, chocolates and baubles. As you are a Sadhu, perhaps choose golden or orange baubles. Hang them wherever you feel fit. 😎

Wish I hadnt , was out doing ( checking ffs) giving them new licks (FFS), anyway rain made my dusting go a bit futher. and the sheep now activly attracted to yellow nuts?

Today I went to a physio to see if anything can be done about the numb skin over my hip. I have a trapped nerve, but it's only a minor one, it only carries the feeling from the skin, nothing else. No idea how I got it though.

 Started by wading through this lot to the chickens,it's worse the other side of fence,with a ditch and river on adjoining field.tried to relocate them but daft buggers wouldn't come out of their shelter,only way I could reach was on my knees!nope!so fed watered and on blocks.farm animals have a little high ground at the moment,but it's still rising and flowing well round there.just monitoring hourly.and hoping.owners has had to return to circus in Burton upon Trent as they 're on a flood plane,so will prob need to move on.at least our van is sited high on blocks🙄😊stay safe everyone x |
