Good night all, am exhausted after my 2 hours psychiatrist appointment, doing audio therapy and music therapy till dinner and sleeping tonight.

hope all went well with the appointment gal ive done bugger all they cannot deliver wood till tomorrow to long to fit in car raining all day so can,t take dog out he was jumping about till i opened door he looked at the rain turned round an layed down in his basket

Good afternoon all, enjoying an iced mocha and a watermelon juice. Lunch is fried rice with orange juice. Hanging around the Internet till dinner and off to sleep tonight.

Work today...been a bit mad as its school hols,Halloween stuff on,and last week of the season and the farm opening except for weekends from now...had drama as some lil shite spooked one of the goshawks yesterday,but hes settling...uj dropped me off,still wont let me drive bless him..but found these cheeky fellows getting a warm on the car bonner as he left   And this was my treat for being a good girl at the hospital the other day...thick Spanish hot choc..mmmmmmm!  |

Good night all, had oven-baked chicken pot pie with ketchup and green tea for lunch today instead and not take-out. Binging “Meteor Garden 2018” in bed with hot green tea to star warm since it’s too cold to do anything else today till dinner and falling asleep tonight.
