Good afternoon all, sipping an iced coffee and a latte. Lunching on leftovers with orange juice. Doing music therapy and aroma therapy till dinner and sleeping tonight.

Just work,drizzly here today so hopefully it ll keep it quieter,been mad till now,the suns really bought them out,which after the last few weeks wash out is a welcome end to the season i guess xx

Good afternoon all, sipping an iced coffee and a hot mild Columbian roast coffee. Been meditating in the woods by my home today. Had a shower and a hair wash this morning too. Lunch is leftovers with orange juice. Doing audio therapy with ocean waves sounds crashing on the shore till dinner and drifting to sleep tonight.

Im going to clean out the green house of finnished tomatoes and sow some rocket and spinach in there. I have been cleaning painted woodwork inside the house,as after 10 years , I realise its not self cleaning after all this morning . I have vowed to do 1/2 hrs cleaning every week day , been going on for 2 weeks now , and I can see some difference .

I have been doing some jobs, like the inside of the kitchen cupboards, the windows etc. recently because my partner who has been a very good cleaner, cook, etc whilst I have been immobilised also thinks that these jobs have a secret fairy who comes in the night to do the cleaning and organising  |

My secret weapon is neat sterilizing fluid mixed with washing up liquid 50/50 . Not much that wont shift !
