You are so right.So often wherever I have lived, a story crops up of "flies in the windows"where a person lays dead for an extensive time with no one to notice.Then the council turn up to fumigate and sanitize with a skip to dump all their treasures.

This is very sad, but there's little detail. The dead person could have been a drug addict, or homeless, as opposed to being a van dweller.
