There are some very dodgy (and violent) anarchist organisations hiding behind the vegan movement. They don't care a stuff about animals or their welfare, they just use it as a recruiting portal to get to lots of well intentioned people and plant ideas in their head.

The people who organise these things never put themselves in the firing line. These kids obviously know fuck all about pigs, handling them unnecessarily, then mixing them up in the wrong pens, surprised more didn,t die.
Well intentioned maybe, but to act like they did with little thought for the animals will do nothing for their cause....

The road to hell is paved with good intentions . These sort of events and hunt sabbing sadly often attract people that are there for a fight rather than a good deed , and do more harm to the cause than good .
The cretins that release mink from farms comes to mind as an act of thoughtlessness

But most of these protests are organised by professional agitators who want the wrong sort to be there so the trouble will kick off for the cameras. |

The " agent provocateurs " have been around since the start of time and will continue to be so. Its a bit of a chickens way out jumping on someone elses platform to make them take the blame.

Yes its easy to wind kids up and point them in the 'right' direction. If only the motives of the people doing the winding up and the pointing was as well intentioned as the kids.

I do find it strange how the farmer says she couldn’t care for these pigs because of the protest. Factory farming is abhorrent, they are not being cared for they’re being grown to be killed. I don’t know much about this particular case though so can’t comment further.
