Steady on,you may still need to hoard,Dickensian living and food rationing built the great British Empire.
I might actually get a pallet or two,id forgotten how nice they are.

At least with shortages we can rediscover good wholesome British food like spam fritters, fish fingers, chips with everything and for extra special sundays a Fray Bentos steak and kidney pudding.

According to google spam is made in the USA and fray bentos is made in Scotland and there's rumours of the border being closed so that's your great British diet fairly fucked. Fish fingers and chips is going to get a bit repetitive three times a day for weeks on end.

And don't for a single solitary minute think we will be swapping fray bentos pies for pease pudding, that's never going to happen. Not in a month of giro days

Fray Bentos used to be Argentine beef,The meat plant is actually in an area called Fray Bentos on the Argentine Uruguay border. My two great uncles spent most of their career time there or Australia, New Zealand buying beef in bulk for the UK market before the EEC days. Pretty sure spam was from the US anyway as it was dirt cheap and proper meat was rationed in the war.
If theres no steak pudding it will have to be a tinned hotdog sausage roasted for sunday dinner.
Back to begging the chicken carcass off the local hotel to boil down for soup for the week,
Ive got a big stock of porridge anyway.
Im moving back to scotland before they close the border and rebuild Hadrians wall.
Im sure Westminster will go into shock when the shortage of Camenbert Fois Gras and Bollinger kicks in

Nothing wrong with hot dogs!!!! There a whole food group in my world.
if euro pallets get banned think of the deforestisation travellers will cause due to the lack of fire wood for the burners
