If you hate touching meat that much, just turn vegetarian.
I used to know a guy who wouldn't eat recognisable meat, but would eat burgers! He said it wasn't like proper meat. OK in many cases it isn't pure proper meat, but come on!!

There was an interesting bit on a cookery show a while back, the chef got the contestants to kill the fish before prepping and cooking it, they made a massive drama out of it and a few refused, yet they were all happy to cook the fish if it was already dead.
As a yoof, I did wilderness survival courses, I had this dream of disappearing into the Wild for years at a time as soon as I was an adult, you soon lose squeamishness when you have to catch, kill and prep your own protein.
If you aren’t willing to kill it, you shouldn’t be eating it. I had a veggie friend who got her meat eating kids to raise, name and then kill the ducks and chickens if they wants to eat it, which they did. Funny going round for a meal and the food had a name. Had a healthy respect for animals, never unkind, made sure they had good lives till the day they didn’t.
