We will see what the emergency UN security council meeting today brings forth. Not holding my breath. Cue the fake hand wringing and carefully worded mealy-mouthed crap.Oil gas and military sales trumps all. Turkey is a too big an economy and the biggest NATO army in western Europe to upset. They know full well Erdogan will buy weapons from and switch allegiance to Russia at the drop of a hat. He knows that too. Trumps just the most powerful puppet on Earth, theyre all playing him. Fucking joke.

Oh wow the arms sales completely missed me in all this. Of course! It's never about international safety or the good of any of the populations involved. It's always about money.

sorry but another rant an american woman pulls out of a american base in northampton drives on the wrong side of the road runs into a 19 year old lad on his motorcycle died from his injurys the woman is the wife of a diplomat so claims diplomatic immunity police cant touch her people in america tell her to get back home so she leave here and the police cannot stop her so she gets off with murder im so glad that the good people in westminster condem this god forbid they would do something the parents want D J Trump to sort it I understand it's come to light that this woman already has a previous DUI conviction against her... This is f**king outrageous, our so called government wants to drag her ass back here to answer charges, so if she had a loaded gun and shot the lad she could still take off and claim immunity could she ? The yanks were quick enough to want that young lad with autism ( I think ) extradited when he hacked into the pentagon. i shall watch this with interest, but I’m not expecting trump to do anything.

Turkey has bought the sophisticated s400 anti aircraft technology off the Russians. They are also using US made weapons on the Kurds at the moment .

Unsurprisingly the guarding of IS prisons has fallen to the bottom of priorities...cue mass escape and resumption of hostilities. Slow handclap to 45 (Thats probably an optimistic appraisal of his IQ also)

News agency Reuters reports the Kurdish-led administration in northern Syria says 785 people affiliated with I.S. have escaped the Ain Issa camp following shelling by Turkey

Yes lika, they are all foreign 'associates' like isis brides from Europe and their children. Those children will grow up. All they will know about their incarceration (and maybe the death of their fathers) is that the west did it. No wonder it's easy to radicalise them. Don't get me wrong, I don't agree with the statement "it's our foreign policy that has caused this". All I am saying is this is playing right into the extremist's hands...

Not clear yet but I think that the Kurds may have come to a deal with the regime and Russia. They have had little choice really. Damascus has apparently told the Syrian army to enter North East Syria , Kurds agreed to stand by the Syrian Army unconditionally. Rumours , but nothing confirmed yet that Russians may be moving into Mambij and Kobanî .it was said before if the Americans move out the Russians would move in. Kurdish People used like chess pieces .

Some new news -
The Syrian Army will be deployed along the borders with Turkey after the middle of the night local time. The Kurds forces will pull out behind the Syrian Army lines.
Russia is contacting Turkey and Damascus to des-escalate.

Trump has done a massive massive favor to Bashar al Assad and the Russians and without even trying. Im sure he'll manage to spin it as a 'very great thing' hes done. I bet Putin is giggling in his vodka tonight.

Heartbreaking for the Kurds and their dreams of Rojava , better Assad and the Russians than genocide by Turkish daesh .
