We never had either rain or thunder last night. I watched the map for a while and saw the exciting weather skirt around the Ramtops. It was close enough through the night that I was struggling to breathe, though.
This morning it's a lot cooler, though by no means cold, and looks like its thinking of raining.

18 or something, so cooler, but the mirk is burning off and it will be another nice one, if I can wake up I will take the monkey round the lake, I doubt I was allowed a single hours sleep straight last night.

Another lovely sunny day. Just got back from the car boots with a bag full of bargains. Try to concentrate on getting stuff that I need but if there's anything antique or vintage vehicle and the right price I weaken and end up with more 'could be useful' bargains taking up space or cake, one lady at a nearby boot does proper homemade cooking and it's damn good. Two things that piss me off at boots are the dealers with silly prices and folks who try to buy something that you're already holding or push past you to get at stuff, not wise with me as I tend to react. I've only done a few carboots as I got really annoyed with vultures who were diving into my gear before I'd even unloaded the motor. |
