Thank you all for the lovely welcome. I have been looking about the site and i have to ask, what is Freegan and Wombling? Complete novice here and don't want to think it is one thing if it is in fact something else 😀. Xx

Wombling is getting/finding random anything that you can get for free and freeganism is more the art of trying to get everything for free. Or at least that's how I have always seen it. Vanwoman is our resident expert on both 😁
An example being that I found a lovely rug next to the bins and a nice folding chair earlier, so I wombled them 👍

Hi Givingitsomethought, we do enjoy our escapes, but i am a coward so i doubt i will do much towing now windy weather is upon us. We just resealed all the edges and windows on the caravan so hopefully she will be water tight this winter if we do get away. I will be sleeping her tomorrow though as i have a full house, so have given up my bed for my son and his gf for the night. 😀. I picked the caravan up cheap on ebay, best £800 i ever spent. Hopefully you will get out of the imagined getaways and into real ones very soon 😀
