Cool, i live in one now,tis an aladdins cave,no scooters sadly but plenty of stuff of interest. Favorite place is agricultural sales but scrap yards close second. When you live in one you got a excuse for hoarding.

I always miss our local agri sales at cross inn. Found out the scooter is called a skipper pretty apt name really and it can stay there been off road since 2015

Not been in a yard for years, breakers, yes but they are not the same IMO.
There's nothing that can beat an 'old school' scrappy with good scrap. I'm into vintage bits as well as keeping my motors on the road and nearly all of my old haunts have gone. I always look at traveller trucks loaded with scrap as most of them are as thick as fck when it comes to what they don't know and I feel sad at seeing some of what they have scrapped.
Best yard some 30 yrs back was one by Banbury owned by travellers and god help any fckwit they caught stealing or they caught weighing in water but if you were straight with them you could cut a favourable deal. Had a Jag MkII and loads of 20s/30s bits for sfa and yank Nam era helmets along with odds and sods which were then flogged on. Sadly those yards are gone, the last one I visited being Furbers in Salop now gone.
