I think the government have just proved how morally bankrupt and self serving they really are. I will do what i need to do to keep myself and other people safe but as for all their track n trace bollox and any other advice or measures they come up with they can fuck right off, then fuck off some more and then when theyve done that they fuck off again. Self serving lying over privileged bastards.Pity no one in this country has the guts to impeach the lot of them.

It's not even vaguely plausible but they know they're so untouchable that it doesn't matter. He could have sat there and just farted instead of speaking and it wouldn't have made any difference.

Just for the record, Domonic Cummings is not a member of the Government, he is not elected, he is not a public servant and the police say he has not broken any laws. So whatever we may think of him its not going anywhere. He can't be sacked because what he did was not a sackable offence. And if we did impeach the Government who do you suggest we would put in their place?

Correct, Cummings is not an elected anything, hes been appointed by his mate BJ.He must have an awful lot of secrets on him to make him so indispensable.End result is We're not being governed by an elected Prime Minister but by a poisonous unelected backroom muppet.
Lets face it, if it had been any of us in the exact same situation we'd be facing a few expensive fines and a good talking to by Monsieur Plod.
As for replacement Government, I cant think of anyone in English or Welsh NI parliament particularly worthy of such high office. Its clear non of the current lot are and just taking us all for idiots. Trump is already proving that being a prize prick doesnt mean youre any good as a President and BJ is doing the same. Populist pricks get found out for what they are in the end. If the sycophantic media had the balls to hold the Governments feet to the flames they wouldn't get away with a fraction of the shit theyre pulling.

Only a few days ago the royal twat went to a party with 26 others and now has the virus
www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-52872188If the high society can still cop it then why are the working class so keen on breaking the rules too. It's not going away and the amount of deaths has just not sunk in with so many people irrespective of their social standing !

LMAO NomadCris! Is it just me or does it seem to a lot of people this is over now though? That's how it feels when out and about. With the exception of Tesco, I have been walking straight into supermarkets, no que or even somebody on the door counting people in and out.

Sad fact, the majority of people in this country are as thick as shit when it comes to self-preservation and unless you drop a dead body in front of them their attention span, which is little more than that of a goldfish, moves on to the next pretty thing. The selfless acts by those who have kept the system going are soon forgotten as shitholes like muckdonalds reopen and the thin veneer of 'concern' disappears.
For some reason, we still have the highest death rate and the virus is here to stay and what's happened is people are returning to their old stupid selfish ways and thinking it will never happen to them, unless they've lost someone close.
Each journey out has me on edge and contact with anyone even friends is a risk as loads of peeps are infected without showing symptoms or knowing it. At long last the twunts in charge are finally thinking about making the sheep wear face coverings something which was commonsense from the start and should have been brought in at the same fn time as they started telling folks to wash their fn hands.
We are where we are because our world just ignored all of the signs as plagues only occur in the 3rd world not here........ and when the powers that be did wake up and smell the coffee nearly every countries government put money first before the lives of their people and we are paying for it.

I can't get my head round why face masks might become compulsory after a certain date, & airports etc will be subject to stricter controls after a certain date. Shutting the stable door after the horse has bolted IMO, should have happened straight away back at the start. Now we have the highest level of deaths etc in the world, so I'm told, its too little too late. I reckon this is one of the main reasons why nobody is taking it seriously, too much bollocks has come from the govt etc, which has made it into a fucking pantomime for a lot of people....

And theyre still putting money first, i have my doubts that anything but money really figured as of any importance in the management of this plague and hence why its been such a disastrous affair But money is of no use if youre dead or everyone you hold dear is gone. Countries and people can recover from economic destruction and quite quickly, its happened time andctime again through history. Recovering from the decimation of plague and disease takes far longer to recover from,si long that it becomea embedded in historical culture and literature. The focus of angst is on loss of share values markets and personal fortunes, not where it should be, on preventing disease and promoting the nations health. Until theres an effective vaccine, returning to the old normal is not sustainable and only prolong the threat. We need a new normal but that requires careful thought and planning and for people to change, non of that is evident from either government or population.
Brazil US and UK lead the world in the braindead gungho approach to covid management and paying for it dearly.
I think if we value our lives and loved ones then you have to disregard the agendised contradictory garbage emanating from Government and do our own thing to stay safe.
The problem all along has been the perception it only affects old people so it diesnt matter, except pretty much every family has old people -parents and grand parents - who are the bedrock of most families, hold things together, provide free child care, loans, homes emotional support etc when younger people are trying to make a career and bring up kids. Its a very blinkered attitude, pretty selfish too but thats the problem with our 'normal' society as it was,its all based on selfishness and money and old values have been forgotten or pushed back in a corner.
Its obviously more important that people get their sunny holidays and beach barbecues than if the catch covid.
