Got a message from a friend in Germany -
Death rate in Italy is about 5% of the official infected. The system already collapsed in some areas and people die because there are no respirators anymore left in the hospitals.
In Germany officially we have only two dead persons but even a lot of people who were in contact with people who were tested positive are not allowed to make a corona test but are also told to stay at home and not to go to their doctor.
Angela Merkel our leader (hiding away like usually in such situations) of state was quoted in several newspapers today to have told 60-70% of the German population will be infected with the corona virus.
Yesterday German government changed the law regarding people who have corona symptoms!
They are told not to go to a doctor and call their doctor instead and tell him about their health problems and then you get a doctor’s certificate sent to your home which you have to send to your place of employment to be allowed to stay at home for up to seven days (or until you call again to expand the seven days).
So guess how many people are or will be really infected and how many of the dead will be in the statistic.
Estimations (even from our government) are about 1% of the 60% of the people in Germany (0,01*0,6*80.000.000=480.000 people) and the big majority of them is older than about 50-60 years. :wtf
Our government already decided until today it’s more important to save the economy than keeping tens of thousands of our older people in population alive in our country.
