I'm not really a morning person. I'm at my best in the afternoon into the night.

I have always been a bit of a night person, on a weekend i might not go to sleep until about 3am or 4am. Sadly, I don't actually do anything exciting in those hours, mostly just binge watch films and seasons of programmes that I like, whilst having a drink.

Why? If you are up for 15 hours, do whatever you need to do, why does is matter what time of day you start?

I like staying up late,often until 1 am. But i also like getting up early and always by 7 am. This does mean i am prone to nodding off in the evening.

I like to get up early and get on the road if I am going somewhere. Used to leave about 6am but its harder to drag my OH out of her pit that early now.

There is nothing better to me than hitting the road early. up at 5.30, out by 6 from NW London. Breakfast 8.30 in Taffy's Café Abercynon. South Wales, the best café in the universe and the day was only just starting.
It was heaven, I never felt more alive, more empowered.
