Wow how do they get away with that bernie? Surely the individual shows up somewhere on the UK system. In relation to Uber that is. Its perfectly legal, Uberare not a British company. Not right by any means, but legal M |

My mother"s carer is Hungarian, when she first came to this country it was to work as a room maid in one of the hotels at Heathrow. She was paid below the minimum wage but it was legal because she wasn't employed by the hotel, she was employed by an agency in Hungary and paid by them.
The EU has a lot to answer for regarding these loopholes.
