The software to do these is free and downloadable. I took a copy a while back but didnt use it.
It takes too much computing learning time. I thought a quicker but dirtier way to get a similar effect was to 'munge' a photo – just animate the mouth using a preset number of mouth shapes for lip syncing. I began to play with it but didnt go any further than the 'Ruth Ellis ' avatar-Actually its a picture of a hollywood actress .
