Good night all, been doing about an hour aroma therapy and music therapy, meditating and doing yoga till dinner and retiring to bed tonight.

Working from home today, which was nice as I could work in my pyjamas and chill with my cats.

Good afternoon all, enjoying a French dark roast coffee. Lunch is Mike's pizza take-out and lemon iced tea. Doing aroma therapy and music theray till dinner and dozing off tonight.

Didn't get up till 10.30 this morning and not having to rush about I nearly finishing off my scooter and then we both eat cake. Even cleared out the garage of about 3 boxes of stuff that came out of various old cars of mine before they were sold or scrapped found a Monty Python box set we can watch at some point 😊. I only went to put out the recycling and to get out of Yolanda's way as she had just woken up to and takes a bit longer to adjust to the world in the morning than me. Found some corrugated plastic and stuck it over a rotting panel on my shed a no wood about. Only been meaning to do that for 3 yrs. Used some of that expanding foam on the shed, won't be using that again messy crap. Looked at a friends electric tricycle and remembered mate over garage had this new superwoopythingmeabob that pulses and charges batteries and its meant to bring them back to life and that's where I had left them so pick those up tomorrow and start piddling about with Tarntism's tricycle. Sounds a lot but lots of sitting around in the sun drinking tea and smoking fags, we had time for a little walk in the sun as Yo can't walk far. Much better than teaching 11yr old snot goblins to ride bicycles for a change.

Well woke up an hour ago for some unknown reason went out had a fag bored so mended hoover. It's now five ish so off to sleep hopefully and maybe get up again at lunchtime. It's a damn hard life.

Well just woke up walked to postbox pop me timesheets in. Colder today but sunny so got scooter out to finish off hopefully and run proper. But first check me silicon is holding panel on clear brambles and stuff hedge trimmer down the side of path........or maybe go back to bed after another fag.
