Good afternoon all, sipping a French mild roast coffee and a white jasmine tea. For lunch today : Japanese salad, sushi with lemon iced tea. Doing aroma therapy and music therapy therapy till dinner and hitting the deck tonight.

I'm going to be pottering about today at home. I'm finding it very odd (in a nice way) not to have a constant pressure to get things done, get out the door, get home in time to get dinner on and so on. It's very nice but I'm not used to it and I'm looking at my to do list today and just feeling calm. Usually I feel overwhelmed as soon as I wake up and carry on feeling that way until I go to sleep again So it's a nice thing but it still feels a little bit odd.
