As I had made and prepared my Sacred Smoke ! And Prepared My Sacred Herbs And Sacred Wild Flowers Which have been Crushed And Dried Into Sacred Powder !!
And Then Rubbed On My Body Sacred Oils And Painted Our Sacred Symbols And Signs .. And Sacred Flowers In My Hair !
Then I Walk Into My Little Garden And Sat Within Stones I Had Placed The Eve Before ..

And Then Sit And Await The Rising Sun And Then As The Rising Newborn Day Arises
I Light Out Sacred Smoke And As It Arises And Dances Through The Air Carried By The Winds I Stand And With Open Cup Hands I Release And Blow The Sacred Herbs And Flowers Up Into The Winds And Say Our Ancient Blessings Of Peaceful Journey To All The People Who Have Sadly Lost There Life’s To This Terrible Sickness Sweeping Across This Worlds Lands As They Travel In Death To The ForeverSleep And I Do The Same Scooping Up Into My Hands Sacred Herbs And Sacred Flowers Powder As I Blow To Each To North South East West ... Into The Winds As My Sacred Words Mix In With The Dancing Blowing Sacred Powder Blessing !
Then I Scoop Up More Sacred Powder And As I Blow That Into The Winds I Circle Saying Our Sacred Blessing Words For feelings of Peace And Warmth and Healing And Love For all the Families And Loved Ones And Friends Who Have Sadly Lost There Loved Ones To This Cruel Sickness As I Circle Again Within The Circle Of Life sending my Love And Healing Dancing Through The Air Being Carried Through The Winds To Them all ..In hope they can feel some peace and warmth and love at these sadness times .
Then I Gather More And Blow More Sacred Powder And Circle And Stop Snd Blow Sacred Powder Snd Our Words At Each North South East West Stone Up Into The Air ... And say More Blessings Of
Strength And Healing And Peace And Calmness To All The Sick In This World Who Fight This Sickness And All Other Sickness ...
