In better news, my daughter is out of hospital and back home, managing really well. I'm very proud of how she just gets on with things. ❤️

Sending good luck Maggie. Hope the gaffer turns out to be good to his word.😀 He's just been and had a walk around the house. The blokes have obviously done an emergency clean up, and while it still leaves a lot to be desired, it looks as though it might be salvageable. Also, he is sending a lad on Monday to move stuff back where it should be and to fix my attic again. Last but not least, I found two bottles of homemade bramble wine, labelled 2013. I shall open one once I have brought the birds over to the bus and see if it is worth finding. 🍷 |

Another manic day at work...but...with my new powers that be..mwuhahaha! Iv managed to wangle myself the day off tomorrow...so we re off to brave cleethorpes high season,just to see if its as mad as the locals say...if iv not posted in a few days sent rescue xx

Sunday is easy day. I've got to unload my new (old) turret lathe off my van, then Mrs Boaty and I are off to pick blackberries and apples, before a roast dinner and cheeky glass of wine or three.

Today I fought my way to the fridge, dragged it to where I could open it, then binned the contents and cleaned it comprehensively. It is now plugged in and running empty, to stop it from returning to revolting.

Good night all, sipping a regular coffee and a rose hips and hibiscus Kombucha. Lunch is Chinese take-out with Oolong tea. Having a nothing planned day till dinner and sleeping tonight.

Got Voilet the Vespaclone to put back together today renew the check valve put carb box and carb on petrol tap renew and oil and fuel lines tank back in garage across road has ramp free till tomorrow when mechanic back. Or maybe I should just go back to bed. I wish 😊 Onwards and upwards
