Good afternoon all, enjoying a vanilla hazelnut cream coffee and a blueberry iced tea. Lunch is leftovers with orange juice. Doing aroma therapy and music therapy till dinner and dozing off tonight.

Fucked my back tidying the yard & putting a couple of Here is fencing panels up. Got a puncture in the tractor too but I managed to get the job done. Sat throbbing in my chair now havin a well earned cuppa....

Think I'm only knackered through taking things easy. I was much fitter before I became a stay home daddy, trying to get mobile again now but its a slow job...

Good night all, been to therapy, resting till dinner and sleeping again tonight. Hey hun, I know that therapy is quite the norm where you are living, but could you not talk with us and maybe save yourself a few bucks ?
If you ever need to talk about something and get it off your chest,do know that there are many on here who will be happy to listen and to offer advice if we can :-)
Sometimes just to say how you are feeling and what is bothering you can be a great relief to get off your chest and to do it here will cost you nothing !!

Rest or moreso lack of activity is certainly not good BB. You have to keep those muscles working even if it is just by doing small jobs every day. I broke my back many years ago and work and good walks has kept me ticking along probably better than most people half my age.
I am sure that you will of heard the saying " retirement kills more people then anything else " !!
Good excercise alongside good food and sleep is hugely important to good health,and trying to keep clear of stress too with keeping a positive mind is certainly helpfull.

Sound advice IC. I try to do a little every day, with breaks when I need them. Trying to get my diet in order too, already lost a couple of stones. Struggle with sleep can't remember the last good nights sleep I had, hoping it will improve as I do more exercise & lose more weight....

Sort out that sleep problem my friend. Is your matress suitable,or maybe you are stressed about something or eating too late,its hard to diagnose as could be many things but all the same it is a problem worth fixing as a good sleep will make a huge difference to your life. Credit for the weight loss,as that takes shit loads of effort to achieve. Rome was not built in a day mon ami xx
