Sat here aching like a bastard! Been tidying the yard and moving motors around. Gonna light the firepit tomorrow & smash up a few broken pallets. If I get the fire going I shall also be cutting back the gambles & burning them, god only knows what I'll find in there haven't been tidied for at least 10yrs. ....👍😛 That leaves me with three hopes BB.
1 - That you are ache free tomorrow
2. That you find treasure under the brambles
3. that you do not get an intensive course of accupuncture.
Hope you have a relaxing evening my friend xx

Thanks buddy. Doubt I'll be ache free tomorrow, more of the same again I'm afraid! Spent too much of 2019 in my chair, changes gotta be made this year & as they say "no pain no gain" Gotta try & get fitter this year or I can see serious health issues coming soon. Managed to drop 2 stones so far so we're going the right way. Pretty sure there's no fuckin treasure buried in the brambles, but I know there are 2 good trailers, a 6' x4' hydraulic tipper & a 11'6" flat single axle that needs a rebuild. If I can get some space cleared I'm hoping to put a 4post car ramp in the yard so I can get back under motors again. Should pay for itself in 12 mths....

Good afternoon all, sipping an iced cappuccino and a medium roast coffee. Lunching on leftovers with orange juice. Doing aroma therapy and music therapy till dinner and preparing for sleep tonight.

Two stone is great going, well done to you indeed sir :-) Maybe the treasure under the brambles will be the loss or a tiny bit more from your efforts,as every little bit of exercise does help. Just be careful not to overdo it.
Getting fitter is marvelous. I remember when I stopped smoking years back after 25 years or so on the cigs how over a few years it felt like I had found a second youth as my system got cleaner and I got fitter. Am pretty damn fit nowadays and recommend its benefits to everyone.
Keep up the good work BB xx
Back to pulling out brambles for me today too :-)

I'm home from Scotland. I loved being there, and am a little sad, but not too much as I have stuff to do here, and Scotland isn't going anywhere.
Coffee in Iris before I start unloading, walking dogs and general housework. ☕😊

Highly recommend the ford focus estate as a damn good second hand vehicle for its money Harry. I had one for years. Could interlock ten pallets into the back and it drove beautifully and was very very economical xx
