Good afternoon all, having an iced coffee and a hot cappuccino. Having leftovers with green tea for lunch today. Doing aroma therapy and music therapy till dinner and off to bed tonight.

I have to hang around waiting to pick my sister up from hospital. I'm a bit cross about this, she is there because she wouldn't stop picking her nose, so it started bleeding and she decided it was an A+E job, took herself off to the hospital yesterday while I was taking my friend who is very ill, to her medical appointment.
Sister is on blood thinners so when she bleeds it doesn't stop easily, but I have been trying to stop her from doing this for a week, now. She has to be the centre of attention though, so is making a big drama of what is just a self induced nosebleed.
She just rang me to ask me to go shopping when I pick her up. I've told her not a chance. I've made it clear for weeks that I don't go near any shops Christmas Eve. In fact, not until sometime next year, in all probability.
I don't want to have to drive to Darlington today, without even having an idea of what time.
Grump, grump, grouse, grouse, whinge, whinge.

I am sat on my clients terrace of their villa enjoying the view of the med and the tree covered mountains whiklst taking care of my emails. I have just opened a very nice bottle of Medoc 2013 cru bourgois and have let it breathe and am now enjoying a damn fine wine,with good organic roquefort cheese and listening to frank,dean,bing and elvis sing christmas carols to me. Its fucking nice :-)
It is now christmas eve and lets enjoy some of the positive side to the holidays and put aside the moans about what we do not like about it for the time being.
Come on beautiful people look at the side of christmas you enjoy and get into the spirit of it. I am sure its nice to get the moans of your chests,but try putting out some good vibes too for everyone to enjoy.
