Good afternoon all, enjoying an iced coffee. Having lunch on leftover pizza with orange juice. Doing aroma therapy and music therapy till dinner and heading the sack tonight.

I didn't sleep at all last night, which I could cope with if I hadn't fallen asleep this morning after walking the dogs. I've had several unexpected hours of sleep which will cause me problems tonight.
Extra writing time, I suppose.

I been to hungerford to do some shopping and ended up spending 1/2 hour in the back of an ambulance, very embarrassing. Got home to a very good dog busting for a wee. Took her for a nice walk up to the forest, so peaceful there. Meet a very friendly large dog and a lovely lady called Lucy, who lives across from where I'm moored and has offered the use of her bath. I do wash honest. Now snugged up with koko on the chair, about to heat the water for our hot water bottles. 🙂
