Mowing round my fruit trees and weeding veg plot today. The rain has done wonders to the weed population . A nice stroll in the woods at some point . Broody hens due to hatch today for entertainment .

Have booked the dragon in for her mot fail tomorrow so that I can get an idea of if fixing her is one of my options so that is cool as it is progress to being free on the road again soon. Also just had to source some parts for my mums vax and that is now done.
Will go for a nice walk upto the ruins of the old palace at Lamphey this afternoon and go to the shop for the first time since I got to the uk. They have got a small shop with a petrol station in the same village so that will be handy :-)

Thanks VW. Am expecting fails on both rotten strut under drivers seat, both sills and maybe in other spots too. Outside of that wobbly headlight, osf ball joint, brakes not been touched in years so maybe a brake prob or two, hole starting to appear in one wheel arch, though not yet jagged and play in steering column, probably a worn bearing behind the steering wheel.!! I think there may be a couple of other things too,but mostly its the rot that is going to be the main problem. Everything else is doable for not vast amounts. Bearing in mind that a new engine will be on the cards soon or a complete revamp of the current one so got to consider how much I want to chuck at an old van !!
Will know more tomorrow, but not concerned at all as it is what it is and at least from tomorrow I will be another big step towards getting back on the road again. No mot, means being extra careful with using van and hardly using it at all and I do not like the idea of being transportless !! will be resolved soon enough one way or tuther :-)

Ive been trying to minimise my stuff further in anticipation of moving into something smaller/more affordable/available.... Its not going particularly well. Wish you luck IC.

I've filled a couple of binbags of "stuff" and chucked them out today. It doesn't seem to have made much of a dent but onwards and upwards. I will get this place cleared.

Yo sup there! How are ye all doing today? Today, just playing some games on my phone with the AC on because my area will be in a heatwave starting from last night and it's especially muggy today before dozing off tonight.
