Good afternoon all, having a French vanilla and Chinese green tea. Lunching on leftovers with orange juice. Doing aroma therapy and music therapy till dinner and putting myself to sleep tonight.

I been pulling ivy out the hedge ๐ hope that was not my auntie Ivy again not the first time, not done much at all today but last two days spent with 16 year old grandson putting a bike back togeather he told his mam ive really enjoyed myself

Good afternoon all, sipping an Italian mild roast coffee and Chinese oolong tea. Lunch is leftovers with orange juice. Doing aroma therapy and music therapy till dinner and turning myself in tonight.

Got about four hours productive work done. I'm still in my office (Iris๐)but although I'm still motivated I'm also now drinking the wine which I opened last night, so I might call it a day. ๐น

Welcome everyone to my 310th tip and definition on mindfulness.
What's mindfulness? To notice everything that's around you, the calm and the peace that's surrounding you. Because usually, your mind is noticing more the negativity around you, thence train it and signal for it to behave, have control and power over it.
My 310th tip : mindful cleansing. Wash your face and scrub every body part and especially your joint and tips whilst showering or bathing. Use body and skincare products that are made for your skin type, consult a d dermatologist if necessary for your skin type.
