Good point @corvus1. The last thing you want is for the bearing to go on the way to the MOT.

Ah, I understand. Pity you aren't down my way, my landlord runs a garage & he does loads of work on old vehicles & campers too. Reasonable prices as well. Hope you get sorted soon.😀

Today I'm cleaning & conditioning 2 old 10inch frying pans I just bought. Very heavy & solid but a bit rusty from storage. Soon have em full of bacon!😋👍

My 2 "new" vintage frying pans fresh & conditioned. Pair of twins, both 10inch. Came up nice with a bit of work.

Good afternoon all, been sleeping for about 13 hours last night. For the moment, listening to : “Moonlight Sonata” by Beethoven and doing aroma therapy, an easy day today.

When I built a chicken house I used 4x2 for the perches and the chickens wouldn't use them, so I cut some branches from trees and used them instead, I think the round shape is better for their feet to grip and the random shape gives many different levels for them to establish pecking order with. They love them.
On similar note, I've left a paddock completely overgrown with reeds and my pigs have made runs, like tunnels, all through them. It provides a cool shaded area when the weathers hot.

A friend of mine used to tell me stories about the cafe she worked in and honestly, there just seem to be a lot of people around now who think the world revolves around them and they don't see why they should do anything for themselves or bother to be polite. It would annoy me greatly The garden sounds like something good to get stuck in to x
