Very sad to report Jonny Brush passed away yesterday evening . Though not a member of this site , he was a great contributer to the other place , a very talented artist, activist, blogger and funny man . RIP Jonny .

Oh how sad! RIP Jonny Brush. When I saw this I thought that perhaps there was a rock star I hadn't heard of with the same name.
It's a shame he didn't join up here.

very sad news indeed,I always hoped that I day I may bump into him somewhere in snowdonia.
He appeared to be a very nice guy rich in culture,intelect and humour.
The world shall be a sadder place without him until people have read some of his posts and listened to some of his recommended music.
Thank you hedge druid I enjoyed your company many times.
rest well until you fly again my friend and I hope that we still get to meet one day. Respect xxxx

Hi This is Juliebluemoon here.. Jonny Brush partner.. With sadness in heart I am letting all our friends know Jonny , my partner, my soul mate , was this evening embraced with healing and love by the Goddess, as she led him into the next room. Jonny was smiling, and at peace, as the Goddess held out her soothing hand to him after his much suffering.. We will all have our own personal experiences of Jonny,,, but we will all remember his for his art.. and how he with many labours of love provided the activist movement with astounding banners.. which came truly from his heart.. goner miss my Jon,, my partner,, my heart .. safe journey...xx

I'm really sorry to read this, beautiful words from his partner. Always amazes me when people are able to express themselves so well when they must be going through such awful feelings. Please give her our love, Bungo, next time you speak to her, this is so sad  |

I don't know Julie , I was only friends with Jonny ,she posted the message to all his friends on FB. It makes me smile as he had nearly 1000 friends on there in the end, but when he first joined he said to me not to take it personal if he ignored my posts as he wasn't really going to bother with FB, it was more to publisise his blog jonny-brush.blogspot.com/ |
