forgot to ask lightbringer is daughter ok after fall off bike Thanks for asking, she was ok until she jarred her neck again and we ended up in a&e. Thankfully x-rays showed nothing and they said it was whiplash! |

been for a couple of days red hot had a walk up to Mill Dale yesterday been bit on right arm about 6 times all my arm went dead i have been told to use cheap mouth wash and water 50 50 in a spray bottle will have some for next time

Sawyers insect repellent i use,its not cheap but works and its not as toxic as DEET.
Also pyramid Trek is good and much cheaper.

I'll be there most likely the Monday or Tuesday and stay longer than a night riding that damn new scooter was really uncomfortable traveling from Cellan to dovedale then Nottingham to daughters next morning and home. Took my ass a week to recover so will use violet the vespaclone, don't get sore backside. Anyhow this old fart don't need be rushing all over damn countryside. 😊
