I pick up all values of coins. One year I didn't spend them but added them up. It came to over £400 in a year. That included the trolley pounds. I now keep those separately. Recently I chnged up a load, £200 worth!!

I used to have a gallon whiskey bottle full of coins,id raid it when i was poor.I dont have any coins now. I dont find any either,the pensioners beat me to it.

What I don't like about cash is given the wrong change when spending a note of a large denomination.

I mainly use cash, for fuel, food day today stuff Card on bigger bills

The Eastern Europeans use Post Office Travel Money cards. You load cash on to them at the post office then you can use it like a debit card. Its safer than cash

I prefer cash over card, cash notes do not break down like card machines do.

Its safer than cash You can do that at the British Post Office and at Australia Post. When I went to the UK last I was able to use it at Hong Kong Airport and not end up with foreign loose change.

would sooner use cash but now Lloyds bank pay you money instead of points erm think its 50p for every 100 pounds you spend on your credit card
