Hello everyone, my phone ate all my contacts yesterday, so if I should have anyone's number, can you either text me, saying who you are so that I can add you back in, or pm it to me.

I got really sensible last winter and wrote all my phone numbers and emails in my "useful book". Also a lot of addresses and websites that I wanted to keep safe.
It was triggered by a friend losing their phone, their entire life was on that phone and it caused chaos.
I found it a surprisingly cathartic project, It felt like I was getting my life in order (for a change).

Find an backup app on android iphone or blackberry that backs up your phone numbers msms etc to dropbox or googledrive or onedrive or wherever you prefer.Then if the worst happens youll have all your important bits. If you use android or iphone you can backup your whole phone to their cloud anyway..should you wish.
